I’m a creative director with 15+ years in the agency world, including a decade in leadership roles building teams, departments, and client partnerships across brands, markets and disciplines.

My strength lies in uniting creativity, strategy and business understanding to create work that moves people and builds brands.

I believe creativity can do more than sell products. it can build culture, connection and change.

Whether building an icon like Mate.Bike from scratch or elevating Mindshare to become Denmark’s most creative media agency (MyImage 2024), my focus remains the same: turning insight into ideas that inspire people and unite organizations around a shared vision.

partnering with creative, media and digital agencies as a freelance creative or strategic lead, bringing direction and execution power to campaigns and pitches.

Consulting
supporting in-house marketing teams as a creative consultant and execution partner. From brand and concept development to workshops and delivery, I help teams find clarity and creative momentum.

Advisory & leadership
helping companies and agencies build or strengthen their creative departments, define processes, and assemble the right team around a shared creative direction.
