Based on a study showing that 3 had the most satisfied customers in the telecom industry, we built a campaign around that insight, not with testimonials or smiling faces, but with 3’s iconic dog as the star.
The dog became a symbol of the pure joy and freedom customers feel with 3.
A lot of woof and wow.
Each film highlighted a specific product or benefit but always with a playful twist, the dog diving into a pool to represent freedom, or practising yoga to dramatise the flexibility customers enjoy. A simple, humorous concept that turned satisfaction into something you could actually feel.
